Our online shop is powered by Paypal. However, you are also welcome to shop with us using your Revolution Money Exchange (RME) account. To order from Koola Koalas Kids Company using RME funds, please copy the template below and paste it into an email. Fill in the template and then email it to Jennifer@koolakoalas.com

 

We will send you an RME email invoice for your order. Once the funds have cleared in our RME account, we will ship your goods according to the terms and conditions as outlined on our website www.koolakoalas.com

Note: California state sales tax will be added to all orders where the shipping address is in California. A $2.95 postage fee will be added to all orders posted to USA/Canadian addresses. A $5.00 postage fee will be added to all orders posted outside of USA/Canada. Koola Koalas Kids Company will accept RME email orders for an initial trial period to 31 May 2008 and reserves the right to cease accepting RME email orders at their discretion following this trial period.

During times of peak sales, we apologise if your choice is not available. As RME orders are manually managed, we will endeavor to respond to your order as soon as possible. However, there is a chance that for items that are low in stock, a customer who pays via the automated Paypal process may order and pay for the last item of a design before we receive your RME order email. We will always offer you the option of a replacement design or to cancel your order. We appreciate your assistance with this and apologise in advance for any inconveniences and disappointment caused.
